A team of ecological transition experts
As a graduate of SKEMA Lille with a specialisation in project management and entrepreneurship, he began his career in New Delhi and London.
He joined the founders of EVERGREEN in 2009, convinced of the company’s potential. Over the last 12 years, he has held a number of management positions within EVERGREEN’s holdings, helping to create new businesses (biogas, solar) or identifying and integrating holdings resulting from external growth operations.

Charles Flipo

Karim Caudron
Karim is a graduate of Toulouse Business School, where he specialised in management control, governance and risk management.
He began his career within Ernst & Young, notably in their Johannesburg office. He then joined Michel Leclercq (founder of Décathlon) at his investment holding company Genairgy as Financial Controller for tourism and leisure activities in France and abroad, and later as General Secretary. He joined Everwood in 2020, where he is currently CFO and Partner.
With a postgraduate degree in Banking and International Finance, she has over 20 years’ experience in the finance departments of SMEs and major groups (FDJ, DAEWOO).
She also has an excellent knowledge of the international environment, after spending 10 years as an expatriate in the United States and in three different Asian countries.

With a postgraduate degree in Banking and International Finance, she has over 20 years’ experience in the finance departments of SMEs and major groups (FDJ, DAEWOO).
She also has an excellent knowledge of the international environment, after spending 10 years as an expatriate in the United States and in three different Asian countries.
Ludovic Romain
After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Environmental Sciences, he completed his studies with a Master’s degree in Financial and Tax Engineering from ESCP Europe. He started his career as a Financial Analyst at Evergaz. After five years in the development of the biogas industry, he joined Everwood in 2022 as Head of Development.
Léa Charletty graduated from the IAE of Clermont-Ferrand in marketing and commercial communication. After several experiences in corporate communication, namely at Limagrain, Léa started her career in 2018 at the consulting agency Twinin. She was a Consultant in Corporate Communication and Employer Brand during for 2 years. She then joined Everwood in 2021 to conceive and deploy a communication strategy.

Léa Charletty graduated from the IAE of Clermont-Ferrand in marketing and commercial communication. After several experiences in corporate communication, namely at Limagrain, Léa started her career in 2018 at the consulting agency Twinin. She was a Consultant in Corporate Communication and Employer Brand during for 2 years. She then joined Everwood in 2021 to conceive and deploy a communication strategy.
Mathilde Brisset
Mathilde graduated from the ESSCA School of Management. Between 2018 and 2022, she worked for the LE DUFF Group as an M&A Analyst and then M&A as Project Manager. In March 2022, she joined Everwood as M&A and Corporate Finance Project Manager.
